Touched upon above, La Zenia has a great sea/beach view restaurant called La Mirada. They’re a Mediterranean style restaurant with a menu to suit all the family. If you ever want to try tapas without going to a tapas restaurant, now you can. La Mirada offers a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and much more. You can even dine outside on the large terrace looking over the wonderful sea views.
Coast, beach and marina
One of the most rewarding parts of this area is the coastline. It is filled with beautiful views over the Mediterranean sea. Cabo Roig and the surrounding area is a golfer’s heaven. Altogether there are four nearby courses. They’re the Las Rambles course; Lomas de Campoamor, Las Colinas and the Campo de Golf Villamartin. The Las Colinas course was voted Spain’s number one course in 2017, making it a key asset in the area.
With the variety of golf courses, keen golfers don’t need to test their skills on the one course, with a range of other courses available at a short distance. All of the local courses are full 18-hole courses and have different degrees of difficulty, with many different hazards.
The Villamartin course is right in the heart of the areas talked about above and the other courses are at most a half-hour drive away.

Nearby, there are two airports, both situated in the two provinces close by. There is one airport in Murcia and another in Alicante. It is in an airport owned by the military, so if you ever fly into or out of here, you may spot a few military vehicles. The other airport is situated just out of the city of Alicante. Both airports offer many flights directly to other parts of Spain and Europe. Having nearby airports makes it easier for guests to come and stay with you.
