Off Plan

On our portfolio we also have a number of Off-plan properties. What is an off-plan property? Well an off-plan property is a property that has been drawn up but has not been built. Many times the developer will build properties on land bought by property investors for a set price, making a tidy profit for an investor when the property is sold.

Many people who buy off-plan properties are looking into their future as they cannot move in to the property as soon as they move to Spain, as its simply impossible because it hasn't been built.

There is a wide-selection of off-plan sites around the Alicante/Murcia provinces, with many located near the coast.

Dream Spanish Homes: The only agent that gives you more which can include, free inspection trips, exclusive free golf club memberships, fully furnished properties, air conditioning, even a free car.*

Testimonial

"For some years I’d been thinking about buying a place in Spain so finally decided in February 2014 to start looking on the net, but feeling a bit unsure about the internet I was telling my mate Bryan who lives in Boston, USA, and he advised me to contact Dream Spanish Homes.

I looked into them and visited their testimonials page. Some days later, I contacted them by phone they were pleasantly assuring and very easy to talk too and totally made my uncertainties disappear and as I was considering taking a small mortgage on a property they arranged all the necessary documents needed getting my credit score sorted.

In April, we headed to Spain. And after 3/4 days viewing and having seen many properties I was deciding between 2 so they then let me see how far I was away from many of amenities by walking with me from the properties to the beach etc, I finally put the bid on one and the next day it was accepted then it was off to the solicitors recommended by them and we then organised the Notary and the mortgage.

They were by my side the whole time checking papers etc., and at night they showed me around so I never felt alone and I am so glad I took my friends advice and contacted them, we still keep in contact and I would advise anyone contemplating buying in Spain to use their knowledge and support. Buying a car back home was more stressful!

I’ve had my place over a year now and love going out to it. Thanks again for everything."
