Welcome to Vistabella Golf

Vistabella Golf is a golf course situiated in the Urbanisation of the village of Vistabella. The village is to the west of Torrevieja and is currently undergoing a lot of drevelopment. This development is changing the area and making an urbanisation of the village beside the golf course.

This area has a 'master plan' for its future. This master plan includes many more develoments, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Within the next few years, there is hope that much of the area will be fully development with many more people living there.

For the moment the only real activity in the area is the golf course and a few bars and restaurants. To find more activities you shoul visit Torrevieja or Orihuela.

The Golf Course

The golf course has 18 holes located over 40 hectures of land. The course uses the environment around it to create the course. This makes the course seem to fit into the surrounding environment beautifully.

The course was designed by the former European and World Cup champion Manuel Pinero. The course incorporates much of the challenges he faced when he was professional. This course is then challenging for hobbiests and professionals alike.

"Our biggest concern with buying is Spain was navigating the legal process and we don’t speak Spanish (yet ????).

We met with Gerry and having given him our brief within a couple of hours we were standing in properties, one of which is now our new Spanish home! We are delighted.

There was no pressure and we were actually encouraged to think about it for a couple of days (which we did) and then went back and took the plunge.

Within 6 weeks all was completed and we we were in! We met with other agents in other parts of Spain, but no-one offered the same service and attention, and we felt that once you had agreed the deal you were very much on your own.

Gerry and Sue walked us through the process every step of the way. It was far easier than buying a property in the UK but without the support of DSH we would have been lost. If you are looking to buy in this area talk to these guys."
